Dharwad DC Gurudatta Hegde Transferred; Divya Prabhu GRJ Assumes Charge

Dharwad: Deputy Commissioner Gurudatta Hegde has been transferred, and the new DC, Divya Prabhu GRJ, assumed office on Saturday evening.

Divya Prabhu GRJ is a 2014 batch IAS officer who has served in various administrative positions. She commenced her career as the Divisional Commissioner in Lingasugur, Raichur, later holding the position of Commissioner of the Ballari Municipal Corporation. Subsequently, she worked as the CEO of the Mandya Zilla Panchayat. Her tenure as the DC of Chitradurga earned her a national award for her effective work during the elections.
